Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Specialist Physician to join our esteemed team at Fakeeh Care facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Diagnosis: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in alignment with granted privileges, Fakeeh Care policies, and established clinical standards. Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions, treatments, and procedures in accordance with Fakeeh Care’s documentation policies. Ensure timely completion of medical reports in the required format to support continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
• Patient Education and Communication: Collaborate with attending physicians to deliver clear, compassionate, and effective communication to patients and their families. Educate them on medical conditions, treatment options, preventive measures, and post-care instructions to empower informed decision-making and promote health literacy.
• Medical Procedures and Interventions: Perform or assist in medical and surgical procedures within the scope of granted privileges, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and clinical best practices. Maintain proficiency in advanced techniques and stay updated with emerging medical advancements.
• Departmental Engagement and Training: Actively participate in departmental meetings, scientific forums, and educational initiatives. Contribute to the mentorship and training of junior medical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Policy Adherence and Continuous Improvement: Develop a deep understanding of Fakeeh Care’s policies, procedures, and values, particularly those centered on person-centered care. Proactively contribute to quality improvement initiatives, safety protocols, and operational enhancements to elevate patient care standards.
• Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient and organizational information. Uphold ethical standards, adhere to cybersecurity policies, and complete mandatory education requirements in a timely manner to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational mandates.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Hold a Saudi Specialty Certificate or an equivalent credential in health sciences from an accredited institution, demonstrating specialized expertise in the relevant medical field.
• Experience: Possess 0 to 3 years of post-specialization experience in recognized hospitals or health centers, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Licenses and Certifications: Maintain an active and valid license to practice as per the regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS, DHA). Additionally, hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and any advanced life support certifications applicable to the specialty.
• Language Proficiency: Demonstrate excellent command of both oral and written English, with fluency in Arabic being a preferred asset to facilitate effective communication with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
