Key Responsibilities

• Patient and Family Education: Deliver clear, compassionate, and culturally sensitive communication to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive measures, in collaboration with attending physicians where necessary.
• Procedural Excellence: Perform or assist in performing medical and surgical procedures as outlined in your clinical privileges, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Reporting and Compliance: Generate and disseminate medical reports promptly in the required format to facilitate informed decision-making and patient follow-up.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Clinical Expertise: Hold a Saudi Specialty Certificate or an equivalent credential in Emergency Medicine from an accredited institution, demonstrating your commitment to specialized training and excellence in the field.
• Licensure and Certification: Be licensed to practice in the region as per the relevant health authority (e.g., SCFHS or DHA) and hold certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), with additional advanced certifications as applicable.
• Experience: Bring 0–3 years of post-specialty experience in emergency medicine, gained within reputable hospitals or healthcare centers, where you have honed your skills in acute care, critical decision-making, and patient management.
• Communication and Leadership: Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and non-medical staff in both English and Arabic. Your ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences, including management and public groups, is essential.
• Resilience and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the capacity to perform under pressure, managing high-stress situations with composure and professionalism.
