Project Manager

About the Role

CLEAR is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Project Manager to spearhead our construction and engineering initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring they are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving project success while fostering collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership and Oversight: Develop comprehensive project plans, organize resources, and oversee all phases of construction and engineering projects to achieve strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for architects, engineers, contractors, and external partners, ensuring seamless alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously track project progress against established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain efficiency and accountability.
• Procurement and Resource Management: Oversee procurement processes, allocate resources effectively, and cultivate strong relationships with vendors to secure optimal terms and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop robust mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and safeguard project outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, mitigating legal and operational risks.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, milestones, challenges, and resolutions, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 13 years of hands-on experience in project management within the construction or engineering sectors, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Specialized Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing high-rise building projects is highly advantageous, along with a strong background in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
