Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust integration artifacts.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration flows, resolving performance bottlenecks and ensuring high availability of critical systems.
• Implement security measures, including authentication, authorization, and encryption, to safeguard data integrity and compliance.
• Automate integration processes using scripting, workflows, and integration patterns to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations in integration architecture.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an IIB Integration Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful integration projects.
• Deep expertise in IBM Integration Bus (IIB), including configuration, development, and administration of integration nodes and flows.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Groovy for custom logic and automation.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) architectures, and message brokers like MQ.
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to debugging and optimizing integration workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers, architects, and business teams.
• Certifications in IBM Integration Bus or related technologies are highly desirable.
