Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant or Specialist Pediatric Dentist to join our dynamic team in Mecca. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering age-appropriate dental treatments, including diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care, and restorative procedures tailored specifically for pediatric patients. You will conduct thorough clinical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and manage dental emergencies in close collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients, including examinations, preventive treatments, restorative procedures, and management of dental emergencies.
  • Patient and Family Education: Counsel patients and their families on essential topics such as oral hygiene practices, growth and development milestones, dietary habits, and preventive dental strategies to promote long-term oral health.
  • Diagnostic and Treatment Planning: Interpret diagnostic tests, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
  • Emergency Management: Respond promptly to dental emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to address urgent oral health needs in children.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Infection Control and Safety: Uphold rigorous infection control protocols, safety standards, and hygiene practices to ensure a sterile and secure clinical environment for patients and staff.
