Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a PR Contract Manager in Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contractual agreements related to public relations activities within Bupa Arabia. Your expertise will ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and foster strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our PR operations while aligning with our strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Administration: Manage the entire lifecycle of PR contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution, renewal, and termination. Ensure all agreements adhere to legal, financial, and corporate policies.
• Vendor & Agency Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for PR agencies, vendors, and third-party partners. Monitor performance, resolve disputes, and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations.
• Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Conduct thorough reviews of contract terms to identify potential risks and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with finance teams to track contract budgets, forecast expenditures, and ensure cost-effective procurement of PR services. Verify invoices and payments align with contractual terms.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, including Marketing, Legal, and Finance, to align PR contracts with broader business strategies. Provide regular updates on contract statuses and performance metrics.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and communications. Generate reports on contract performance, expenditures, and compliance for senior management review.
• Strategic Alignment: Support the development and implementation of PR strategies by ensuring contracts support organizational goals. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and enhanced vendor relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess a combination of educational qualifications, professional experience, and technical competencies. The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification in contract management or public relations is a plus.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in contract management, preferably within the PR, marketing, or corporate communications sectors.
• Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex contracts, with a strong understanding of legal and financial implications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in contract lifecycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are advantageous.
