EHAF Consulting Engineers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dammam. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in the planning, design, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of engineering excellence, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and resilient infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from conceptual design and feasibility studies to construction oversight and project closeout. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Technical Expertise: Provide specialized technical guidance in the design and analysis of civil infrastructure systems, including roads, highways, bridges, drainage systems, water supply networks, and wastewater treatment facilities. Utilize advanced engineering software and methodologies to optimize designs and ensure structural integrity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to local, regional, and international regulations, codes, and environmental standards. Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications, to secure necessary approvals and permits.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, urban planners, environmental specialists, and construction teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with broader development goals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
• Mentorship & Development: Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance on best practices, professional development, and career growth. Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s technical capabilities and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison between EHAF Consulting Engineers and clients, contractors, and government agencies. Present project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges in infrastructure projects, developing proactive strategies to mitigate issues related to design flaws, construction delays, or budget overruns. Implement quality control measures to uphold project integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, HEC-RAS, EPANET) and familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable and resilient design.
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is required. Additional certifications in project management, sustainability, or infrastructure resilience are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
