Key Responsibilities

As a Dell Storage & Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust storage and infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Storage Solutions Design & Deployment: Develop and deploy scalable Dell storage solutions, including PowerStore, PowerScale, and Unity, to meet organizational data storage and performance requirements.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and optimization of Dell storage and networking infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, cybersecurity, and application development, to deliver integrated solutions and provide expert technical support.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry standards, security protocols, and best practices for data storage and infrastructure management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Dell EMC Storage, VMware, or Cisco are highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Dell storage platforms (e.g., PowerStore, PowerScale, Unity) and infrastructure components, including SAN, NAS, and networking technologies.
