Sr Manufacturing Manager - Production Supervision

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manufacturing Manager – Production Supervision to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations in Dammam. This pivotal role will oversee production processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive operational excellence to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

• Production Leadership: Direct and supervise production teams to ensure efficient execution of manufacturing processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality output.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and leverage technology to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold stringent quality standards by monitoring production activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth by mentoring supervisors and production staff, promoting skill development, and aligning team goals with organizational objectives.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, ensure adherence to environmental regulations, and maintain a secure and compliant manufacturing environment to protect employees and assets.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Prior experience in a similar industry or with GE Vernova’s operations is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in manufacturing software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools. Strong understanding of production methodologies, lean principles, and operational best practices.
• Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex information clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions in a fast-paced environment.
