Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to join our team and drive strategic and operational marketing initiatives across the Western Arabia region. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Development: Develop and execute localized marketing strategies tailored to the Western Arabia region, ensuring alignment with Axis’ global business priorities and regional sales objectives.
• Campaign Execution & Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated multi-touch marketing campaigns, including events, partner shows, webinars, training programs, and digital initiatives, in collaboration with distributors, Technology Integration Partners, and resellers.
• Brand Exposure & Market Research: Identify and leverage new marketing opportunities to enhance Axis’ brand visibility and messaging among key target audiences in the region.
• Event Leadership: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of both physical and virtual events across Western Arabia, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum impact.
• Product Launches & Communication: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams to ensure Axis’ product launches are effectively communicated and demonstrated to target groups, driving awareness and adoption.
• Channel Partner Program: Drive the Axis Channel Partner Program by developing and supporting local partner activities, fostering strong relationships, and enhancing partner engagement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in quarterly reviews and planning meetings with key distributors to align marketing strategies with sales goals and market trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, you should be a self-driven professional with a proven track record in leading marketing projects and campaigns from strategy to execution. A deep understanding of the regional markets, particularly Saudi Arabia and Egypt, is essential, as you will be responsible for tailoring marketing approaches to meet local needs. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and trustworthy individual who can balance autonomy with accountability.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within an international company.
• Strong background in project and event management, as well as channel marketing.
• Proven expertise in B2B marketing, with the ability to develop comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans.
• Experience in the IT or security industry is a plus.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams and partners.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including proactivity, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
