We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design and execution of groundbreaking projects across Saudi Arabia. From iconic high-rises and mixed-use developments to aviation infrastructure, sports venues, and hospitality landmarks, your work will shape the skyline and functionality of the nation’s most ambitious constructions. Reporting to the Principal Structural Engineer or Structural Lead, you will collaborate within our dynamic Buildings team, delivering structurally sound, cost-efficient, and buildable solutions that align with the highest standards of safety and innovation.

Your Impact

In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of structural engineering excellence, contributing to projects that push boundaries and set new benchmarks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Concept to Completion Leadership: Drive structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and foundation systems through all project phases—from initial concept and schematic design to detailed execution.
• Technical Expertise: Develop comprehensive structural calculations, analysis models, technical reports, and specifications, ensuring full compliance with the Saudi Building Code and international standards such as ACI, AISC, ASCE, and IBC. Evaluate critical structural loads, including gravity, wind, seismic forces, thermal effects, and settlement considerations.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Bridge the gap between structural engineering and other disciplines, including architecture, civil engineering, geotechnical specialists, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams, façade designers, and BIM coordinators. Ensure seamless integration of structural solutions within broader project frameworks.
• Digital Innovation: Leverage advanced software tools such as ETABS, SAFE, Robot Structural Analysis, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, or Tekla Structural Designer to create high-performance models. Collaborate with BIM teams to produce coordinated, clash-free structural drawings and 3D models that enhance constructability and efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Review shop drawings, material submissions, contractor proposals, and technical queries to uphold project integrity and mitigate risks. Participate actively in design reviews, coordination meetings, and constructability discussions to refine solutions and optimize outcomes.
• Knowledge Sharing: Champion continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned, sharing best practices, and embracing digital workflows that enhance productivity and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution, complemented by proven post-graduate experience in structural design—preferably within the built environment sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete and structural steel systems, with a strong command of industry-leading software such as ETABS, SAFE, Robot Structural Analysis, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, or Tekla Structural Designer.
• Regional Expertise: Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code and international standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC) is essential. Knowledge of local construction practices and regulatory requirements is a significant advantage.
• BIM and Digital Collaboration: Working knowledge of Revit and proficiency in BIM coordination processes, including the ability to integrate structural models with multidisciplinary teams and digital platforms.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: A sharp, detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities. You must excel in managing complex tasks independently while fostering collaborative relationships across diverse project teams.

Desirable: Prior experience in the Saudi Arabia or GCC region, exposure to international multidisciplinary consultancies, and familiarity with construction-stage technical processes will further enhance your candidacy.
