Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural) or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in engineering consultancy, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects from conception to completion, with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.
• In-depth knowledge of international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, ACI) and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with digital tools for technical analysis and reporting.
