Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Network Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based networks.
• Network Security and Compliance: Implement robust security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems to safeguard network infrastructure against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve network issues, conduct performance diagnostics, and optimize network efficiency to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
• Technical Support and Documentation: Provide technical support to internal teams and stakeholders, document network configurations, and maintain up-to-date records of network assets and changes.
• Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Work closely with vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate new network technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies to ensure network resilience and minimal impact during unforeseen events.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in network engineering, with a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise networks.
• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent are highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, OSPF, BGP, etc.), routing, switching, and network security concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
