Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules, ensuring alignment with project deadlines and operational priorities.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, subcontractors, and vendors to execute scheduled tasks efficiently and within budget.
• Monitor maintenance activities in real-time, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures to minimize downtime.
• Leverage scheduling software and data analytics tools to optimize resource allocation and improve maintenance workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate maintenance planning with overall project timelines and objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices in all scheduling and execution processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and performance metrics to assess maintenance efficiency and inform strategic decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and management, facilitating clear communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in maintenance scheduling, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or facility management environments.
• Strong proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Maximo, SAP, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or maintenance coordination are a plus.
• Experience working in a hybrid or remote-first setting is preferred.
