• Manage and maintain audio-visual and related technology systems across Sofitel Madina, ensuring seamless operational support, inventory management, and vendor coordination to enhance guest experiences.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges proactively, collaborating with IT and operational teams to minimize disruptions and uphold the highest standards of service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, with a passion for digital innovation.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and advertising, demonstrating a proven track record of campaign success and performance optimization.
• Proven expertise in leveraging social media platforms to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive conversions.
• A deep understanding of website metrics, SEO best practices, lead generation strategies, and email marketing tactics to enhance digital performance.

• Technical proficiency in managing AV systems, ensuring reliability, and coordinating with vendors to maintain operational excellence.
