Role Overview: Territory Manager, Orthopedics – Jeddah

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Territory Manager, Orthopedics to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our Orthopedics portfolio, which includes joint reconstruction, trauma, craniomaxillofacial, sports medicine, extremities, spine, and robotics. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the lives of over 6 million patients annually while delivering clinical and economic value to surgeons and healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical and Technical Support: Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room, providing expert clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Sales Execution: Drive Joint Reconstruction sales by serving as the sole company representative, attending surgeries, and ensuring the availability and functionality of necessary equipment.
• Problem-Solving and Customer Engagement: Troubleshoot and apply independent judgment to address physician needs, handle customer requests, and effectively manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Market Insights and Collaboration: Share critical customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams to enhance solutions, service levels, and sales growth. Prepare and submit sales reports and documents as required.
• Operating Room Consultation: Provide expert consultation to the Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department to ensure optimal product usage and compliance with quality standards.
• Logistical Management: Oversee the maintenance, tracking, and deployment of equipment and assets within the assigned territory, ensuring product availability and readiness. Provide logistical support by transporting instruments, implants, and equipment between sales representatives and hospitals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all promotional materials are maintained in a professional and presentable manner, and that Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopedics services and offerings meet the highest quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific or medical field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the MedTech industry, with a focus on Orthopedics. Experience in specialties such as Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, Spine, or Sports Medicine is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong inventory and logistics experience combined with excellent soft skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 80% or more within the assigned region, with a valid driver’s license.
