About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media & Content Executive to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to impactful digital content strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, a knack for content creation, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling narratives. You will collaborate closely with our Video Editor and marketing team to elevate our brand presence across digital channels, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos using mobile devices, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.
• Content Development: Brainstorm and execute innovative content ideas tailored for Reels, short videos, and social media posts to maximize audience engagement.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Video Editor to refine raw footage into polished, engaging content ready for publication.
• Social Media Management: Publish and oversee content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• Content Calendar Management: Develop and adhere to a structured content calendar to ensure timely and strategic content delivery.
• Paid Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of paid social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic and engagement.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, optimizing future strategies accordingly.
• Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, proposing fresh content ideas that resonate with evolving audience preferences.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand communication and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Must be available for on-site work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Proficient in recording videos and creating content using mobile devices.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager or other paid social advertising platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
• Creative mindset with a keen understanding of what drives engagement on social media.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong adherence to deadlines and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience creating or managing Reels, TikToks, Shorts, or other short-form video content.
• Basic proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure content performance and ROI.
• Experience collaborating with video editors or content production teams to refine and enhance visual content.
