Role Overview: Chief of Staff, Enterprise Deployment

As the Chief of Staff for the Enterprise Deployment team, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment leads, playing a pivotal role in managing workflows, optimizing efficiencies, and ensuring the team operates at peak performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the Enterprise Deployment function while providing trusted guidance to leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Optimization: Develop deep expertise in the strengths, skills, and capacities of Enterprise Deployment team members. Thoughtfully staff projects based on geography, priorities, and individual capabilities to maximize impact.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate team performance in collaboration with leads and cross-functional partners. Provide actionable insights to enhance productivity and address challenges proactively.
• Recruitment & Hiring: Partner with the internal Talent team to align hiring strategies with business needs. Ensure key roles are prioritized and interviewing responsibilities are distributed effectively across the team.
• Onboarding Excellence: Own and refine the onboarding process to accelerate ramp-up time for new hires. Guarantee that every new team member is equipped with the resources and support necessary to contribute from Day 1.
• Meeting Efficiency: Prepare for and facilitate team meetings by coordinating with meeting leads, curating relevant materials, and ensuring discussions are focused, productive, and outcome-driven.
