Human Resources (HR) Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team at Sealy Mattress Middle East in Jeddah. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in managing HR operations within a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding and retention strategies. Develop and implement effective hiring plans to attract top talent aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a culture of collaboration and respect. Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and career development opportunities for employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and company standards. Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations, including employment contracts, benefits administration, and workplace safety protocols.
• Compensation & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, employee benefits programs, and compensation structures. Analyze market trends to recommend competitive salary and benefits packages that attract and retain high-performing talent.
• Strategic HR Planning: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support organizational decision-making and long-term workforce planning.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee competencies. Foster a learning culture that supports innovation and adaptability in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Prior experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and employment regulations is essential.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities. Strong leadership skills with the capacity to influence and inspire teams at all levels. Analytical thinking and problem-solving acumen to drive data-based HR decisions.
