Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our dynamic team at Jamjoom Pharma, based in Dammam. Key Responsibilities

The Medical Science Liaison will play a critical role in promoting Jamjoom Pharma’s products and therapeutic areas by engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and academic institutions. Core responsibilities include:

• Scientific Exchange: Facilitate meaningful discussions with healthcare providers to share scientific data, clinical insights, and product information, ensuring alignment with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Medical Education: Develop and deliver educational materials, such as scientific presentations, publications, and congress materials, to support the dissemination of accurate and up-to-date medical information.
• KOL Engagement: Identify, engage, and collaborate with KOLs, including physicians, researchers, and academic experts, to gather insights, address scientific inquiries, and foster long-term relationships that drive innovation and product adoption.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze scientific trends, competitive landscapes, and unmet medical needs to inform strategic decision-making and product development initiatives within the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure consistent messaging, compliance, and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and regulatory compliance in all scientific communications and interactions, adhering to local and international guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A PharmD, MD, or PhD in a relevant scientific or medical field, with a strong foundation in clinical research, pharmacology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Medical Science Liaison, Medical Advisor, or in a similar scientific liaison role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills and the ability to establish credibility with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to evidence-based decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with medical databases, literature search tools, and presentation software.
• Willingness to travel as required to engage with stakeholders and attend scientific conferences or meetings.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable, with excellent interpersonal skills to navigate diverse cultural and professional environments.
