Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Director will be responsible for crafting and executing a forward-thinking marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and elevates our brand presence in the market. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy that strengthens our corporate identity and enhances the market positioning of each development project.
• Project Launches and Positioning: Spearhead the end-to-end marketing and positioning of large-scale real estate developments, ensuring timely and impactful launches that resonate with target audiences and drive demand.
• Integrated Campaign Management: Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, public relations, traditional media, and experiential activations, to maximize reach and engagement.
• Customer Insights and Segmentation: Lead market research and customer segmentation initiatives to inform data-driven marketing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market approaches.
• Agency and Budget Management: Manage external marketing agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns within allocated budgets and timelines, while ensuring measurable performance outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with senior leadership, development teams, sales, and commercial departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals and foster cohesive brand narratives across all touchpoints.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in driving brand growth and project success within the real estate, property development, hospitality, retail, luxury, or other consumer-facing sectors. The ideal candidate will possess:

• 10–12 Years of Marketing Experience: A robust background in strategic marketing, brand management, and integrated campaign execution, with a focus on high-value, large-scale projects.
• Sector Expertise: Demonstrated experience in marketing real estate developments, property portfolios, or similar B2C/B2B environments, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
• Multichannel Marketing Proficiency: Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, communications, public relations, and experiential activations, with a track record of delivering cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Regional Experience Preferred: Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC region is highly advantageous, with a strong understanding of local market trends, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscapes.
