Key Responsibilities

The Interior Designer will be responsible for a wide range of design and project management tasks, including:

• Design Development: Create innovative and visually striking interior layouts tailored to residential, commercial, or hospitality projects, ensuring each design reflects the client’s unique vision and functional requirements.
• Client Collaboration: Engage closely with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and aspirations, translating their ideas into cohesive design concepts while providing expert guidance and recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, team members, vendors, and contractors, facilitating seamless communication to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Visual Presentation: Develop high-impact 2D and 3D presentations, including mood boards, renderings, and detailed drawings, to effectively communicate design concepts and secure client approval.
• Project Documentation: Prepare accurate quotes, schedules, and comprehensive documentation to support all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final execution.
• Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of emerging design trends, innovative materials, and cutting-edge technologies to incorporate fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking solutions into every project.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in interior design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard design software, including 3ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, to create detailed and precise design documentation and visualizations.
• Design Acumen: A refined design sensibility, characterized by creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to balance aesthetic appeal with functional requirements.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational abilities, enabling effective collaboration and project execution in a fast-paced environment.
