Key Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive at Team Yamama, your core responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand our customer base.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Execution: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic sales approaches.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability within the team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience in sales.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field-based or B2B environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation, as the role requires frequent travel within Dammam and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is highly desirable.
