• On-Site Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance for commercial vehicles, trucks, and specialized equipment at customer sites, workshops, and vehicle locations, ensuring swift and accurate resolution of technical issues.
• Advanced Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough investigations into complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, and drivability problems, leveraging diagnostic tools, test results, and repair histories to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Field Inspections and Technical Investigations: Perform detailed inspections for vehicle complaints, failures, and breakdowns, collaborating with workshops and technicians to pinpoint and address recurring or challenging technical issues.
• Technical Leadership and Guidance: Offer expert recommendations to workshop technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures. Support the resolution of persistent and difficult-to-diagnose failures through evidence-based analysis and structured troubleshooting.
• Warranty and Manufacturer Coordination: Work closely with the Warranty team to document technical findings, escalate unresolved cases to manufacturers, and follow up on recalls, service campaigns, and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Technical Training and Knowledge Sharing: Deliver training sessions and on-the-job guidance to technicians, fostering skill development and ensuring alignment with the latest manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
• Trend Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Monitor recurring technical issues across the vehicle fleet, identify patterns, and provide actionable feedback to manufacturers regarding product quality and performance enhancements.
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold stringent safety protocols and company standards during all field activities, maintaining accurate records of visits, repairs, and recommendations to ensure transparency and accountability.

Technical Expertise and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will bring:

• A **Bachelor’s degree or Diploma** in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of **5 years of hands-on experience** in automotive technical support, field service, dealership operations, or commercial vehicle management.
• Proven expertise in **commercial vehicles and heavy-duty trucks**, with a deep understanding of diesel engines, fuel injection systems, transmissions, brake and suspension systems, and vehicle electronics, including CAN Bus and diagnostic software.
• Extensive experience in **diagnosing and troubleshooting** mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and OEM software to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
• Experience supporting workshops and technicians, as well as direct interaction with customers to resolve technical complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• A **valid Saudi driving license**, reflecting your readiness to travel extensively and work in diverse field environments.
