PRODUCTION SKILLED HELPER

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Skilled Helper to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other relevant guidelines. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Execute all stages of production machine operation in strict adherence to SOPs and any supplementary instructions provided by supervision. Ensure seamless workflow and optimal performance of machinery to meet production targets.
• Equipment and Maintenance Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the machinery, spare parts, tools, and equipment utilized in NAPCO’s maintenance protocols. Apply this knowledge to troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and support the longevity of production assets.
• Safety and Compliance: Prioritize occupational health and safety by strictly following local, regional, and international regulations, as well as NAPCO’s internal policies and procedures. Interpret legal requirements and internal guidelines to safeguard personnel, property, and prevent market losses due to non-compliance or operational errors.
• Resource Optimization: Generate the required production output while minimizing resource consumption, including materials, energy, and time. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and contribute to cost-effective operations.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Report any deviations or anomalies to the appropriate personnel for immediate corrective action.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production supervisors, maintenance staff, and quality control personnel, to maintain a cohesive and high-performing work environment. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
