Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized PR, Customs & Administration Officer to join our growing team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to ensuring seamless government relations, customs compliance, and administrative efficiency as we expand our operations in the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government relations, customs clearance, logistics coordination, and administrative management, preferably within the heavy machinery, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Government & PR Coordination: Manage and oversee all company-related government formalities, including visa, Iqama, contract, and medical procedures. Utilize government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, National Address, and other relevant portals to ensure compliance and timely processing.
• Customs Clearance & Import Procedures: Coordinate the customs clearance and import processes for machinery, equipment, spare parts, and other shipments. Review and verify HS Codes, customs duties, VAT, import documentation, and regulatory requirements to ensure adherence to local and international trade laws.
• Logistics & Transportation Coordination: Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters, and government authorities to facilitate the smooth movement of goods. Oversee shipment status, customs inspections, approvals, and release procedures, while coordinating the transportation of machinery and equipment from ports or airports to warehouses, project sites, or customer locations.
• Warehouse & Regulatory Compliance: Assist in the setup, registration, licensing, and approval processes for warehouses, ensuring all government documentation and regulatory requirements are met.
• Administrative Support: Provide robust office administration, including document control, record maintenance, and operational coordination. Handle general administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the office and business operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support additional PR, logistics, customs, and administrative requirements as needed to ensure operational excellence and compliance with local regulations.

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on PR/government relations, customs clearance, logistics, or administration.
• Proven background in heavy machinery, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or related logistics operations is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of FASAH, SABER, SASO, and ZATCA procedures and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, and National Address.
• Strong understanding of import documentation, customs clearance procedures, HS Codes, duties, and VAT regulations.
• Exceptional coordination and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with external authorities and service providers.
• Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is a significant advantage.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
