Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage professionals to join our dynamic team as Waiters/Waitresses. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their visit is both enjoyable and memorable. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties, from providing personalized service to maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage Service: Execute all tasks related to food and beverage service in strict accordance with the hotel’s performance standards manual, ensuring consistency and excellence in every interaction.
• Guest Engagement: Greet and seat customers with professionalism and discretion, offering a personalized dining experience tailored to their preferences and needs.
• Menu Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the food and beverage menu for your assigned outlet to provide informed recommendations and guidance to guests.
• Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor the quality of food and beverages served, addressing any discrepancies promptly to uphold the highest standards.
• Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with guests by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Hygiene & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain impeccable hygiene standards in the outlet and ensure all service equipment is well-maintained and in optimal condition.
• Service Preparation: Conduct thorough preparations before, during, and after service, including mise-en-place and mise-en-scène, to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.
• Resource Management: Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage by adhering to best practices and monitoring inventory levels closely.
• Upselling & Revenue Growth: Proactively employ upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to the outlet’s revenue objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education & Experience: A diploma or degree in hospitality or a vocational qualification in Food & Beverage is preferred. Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment is highly desirable. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a valuable asset.
