Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of design leadership and technical execution:

• Conceptual Innovation: Develop groundbreaking architectural concepts and design solutions tailored to residential developments, ensuring they align with market trends, client vision, and project objectives.
• End-to-End Design Leadership: Oversee the entire design journey—from initial sketches and schematic development to detailed architectural drawings, 3D modeling, and final presentations—ensuring consistency, creativity, and technical precision.
• AI-Driven Design: Integrate Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging technologies into the design workflow to generate concepts, refine visualizations, and optimize efficiency without compromising creativity.
• Technical Excellence: Produce high-fidelity architectural deliverables, including 3D renderings, mood boards, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings, using industry-leading software such as 3ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to Saudi Building Code and municipal regulations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address engineering, feasibility, and constructability challenges.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Present and defend design concepts to senior management and stakeholders, translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that drive project success.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of architectural trends, visualization techniques, and AI advancements to continuously enhance the company’s design capabilities and project outcomes.
• Team Empowerment: Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a robust in-house architectural expertise, fostering a culture of creativity and technical rigor.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking a visionary Architectural Engineer with a proven track record in residential design and a passion for pushing creative boundaries:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on residential projects within real estate development environments.
• Creative & Technical Proficiency: Ability to develop full architectural concepts from scratch, blending artistic vision with technical feasibility. Demonstrated expertise in 3D modeling, visualization, and presentation software, including Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• AI & Technology Integration: Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and a forward-thinking approach to incorporating emerging technologies into the design process.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi Building Code and municipal requirements, ensuring designs are compliant and buildable.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional ability to present ideas persuasively, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate complex design decisions into actionable outcomes.
