Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Leasing Manager to lead our company’s leasing portfolio with excellence. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our commercial leasing operations, fostering high-value tenant relationships, and optimizing portfolio value to support sustainable business growth. Your leadership will ensure operational continuity while maximizing revenue generation and maintaining financial discipline across all leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Leasing Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of our leasing strategy through the following core accountabilities:

• Strategic Tenant Partnerships: Develop and nurture high-impact relationships with major trademark tenants and leading brands to strengthen our commercial leasing network and enhance portfolio stability.
• Portfolio Optimization: Conduct comprehensive "Highest and Best Use" reviews to evaluate asset potential and implement lifecycle management strategies that drive long-term value for the commercial portfolio.
• Non-Utilized Space Monetization: Lead targeted initiatives to unlock the revenue potential of 91,000 square meters of non-utilized Gross Leasable Area (GLA), transforming underperforming assets into income-generating opportunities.
• Revenue Growth & Tenant Mix Enhancement: Drive recurring rental income growth by refining tenant mix, optimizing lease structures, and maintaining an industry-leading rent-to-revenue ratio that aligns with corporate financial objectives.
• Sublease Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day administration of the sublease portfolio to ensure contract stability, compliance, and seamless operational execution across all active agreements.
• Leasing Agent Coordination & Issue Resolution: Supervise external leasing agents and serve as the primary point of escalation for tenant or administrative disputes, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive landlord-tenant relationships.
• Financial Governance & Compliance: Uphold rigorous financial standards by validating lease invoices, monitoring critical lease schedules, and leading annual rent updates to safeguard revenue integrity and regulatory adherence.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Transform portfolio analytics into strategic action plans that identify opportunities for asset improvement, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency across the leasing portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following professional and educational criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial leasing principles, real estate market dynamics, and regulatory compliance frameworks governing lease agreements.
• Leadership & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, negotiate complex lease terms, and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve strategic objectives.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in Real Estate Leasing, Property Management, or Lease Management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale commercial lease portfolios and conducting high-stakes landlord negotiations.
• Sector Expertise: Prior experience in retail or multi-site leasing environments is highly desirable, as it provides valuable insights into tenant behavior, market trends, and operational scalability.
