Role Overview: Territory Manager, Orthopedics – Jeddah

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager, Orthopedics to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our Orthopedics portfolio, which includes joint reconstruction, trauma, craniomaxillofacial, sports medicine, extremities, spine, and robotics. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the mobility and well-being of millions of patients annually while delivering clinical and economic value to surgeons and healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical and Technical Support: Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing expert clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgical procedures.
• Sales Execution: Drive Joint Reconstruction sales by serving as the primary company representative, attending surgeries, and ensuring the availability and proper functioning of necessary equipment.
• Customer Engagement: Troubleshoot and address physician needs, respond to customer requests, and effectively manage hospital billing and purchase orders. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
• Market Insights and Reporting: Share critical customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams to enhance solutions and drive sales growth. Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation as required.
• Operating Room Consultation: Provide expert consultation to the Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department to ensure optimal utilization of products and adherence to quality standards.
• Logistics and Inventory Management: Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets within the assigned territory to ensure product availability. Manage logistical support by coordinating the movement of instruments, implants, and equipment between sales representatives and hospitals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all promotional materials are presented professionally and that Johnson & Johnson Orthopedics services and offerings meet the highest quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific or medical field.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in the MedTech industry, with a focus on Orthopedics. Prior experience in specialties such as Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, Spine, or Sports Medicine is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong inventory and logistics management skills combined with excellent soft skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 80% or more within the assigned region, with a valid driver’s license.
