Partner with Industry Leaders

In this pivotal position, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic liaison for key customers in Saudi Arabia, including CSD, ADNOC, and other industry giants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement and Credibility Building: Establish and maintain strong, credible relationships with customers to identify and address critical technical challenges early in the project lifecycle. Your insights will ensure seamless execution from the initial bid phase through commissioning.
• Centrifugal Compressor Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of centrifugal compressors, including compliance with international standards such as API617 and customer-specific specifications like Saudi Aramco’s SAMS. Your technical leadership will guide design, manufacturing, and delivery processes.
• Project Execution Support: Provide hands-on engineering support to internal teams, ensuring rigorous adherence to project timelines and technical requirements. Collaborate closely with the Modon shop to facilitate on-time delivery of high-quality components.
• Vendor and Supply Chain Management: Oversee relationships with global and local vendors, navigating time zones and logistical challenges to secure timely delivery of critical components. Your coordination will be instrumental in maintaining project momentum.
• Technical Leadership Across the Project Lifecycle: Contribute to projects spanning the entire technical lifecycle, from Initial Technical Offer (ITO) to commissioning. Your expertise will be leveraged to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency in industrial processes such as fluid transport, liquid/gas compression, combustion, and heating/cooling systems.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline, complemented by a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering.
• A deep understanding of core mechanical engineering disciplines, including mechanics, structural dynamics, rotor dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid and aerodynamics, materials science, and structural analysis.
• Proven technical expertise and leadership as an individual contributor on complex, parallel projects. Your ability to influence and drive technical decisions will be critical to project success.
• Hands-on experience in industrial processes such as fluid transport, liquid/gas compression, combustion, or heating and cooling systems, with a track record of applying systems engineering methodologies and configuration management in cross-disciplinary environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to lead technical communities, foster collaboration, and build consensus among stakeholders.
