We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Finance Operations to lead our finance operations with strategic vision, operational rigor, and a commitment to continuous improvement. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end financial processes, ensuring seamless procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles while driving efficiency, automation, and compliance across a high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities

As the senior owner of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Finance Operations, your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Process Leadership: Direct the entire AP and AR lifecycle, from invoice receipt and three-way matching to payment execution, supplier reconciliations, and customer billing. Ensure adherence to delegation of authority, IFRS standards, and internal policies while maintaining strict compliance with KSA fiscal regulations, including VAT treatment, e-invoicing (ZATCA/Fatoora), withholding tax, and Zakat filings.
• Team Development and Performance: Lead and mentor two junior team leads (AP and AR) while fostering a high-performing culture. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and workload allocations, and drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, accuracy, and team bench strength.
• Working Capital Optimization: Monitor and enhance working capital performance by analyzing Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), ageing profiles, and cash application. Collaborate with Treasury to refine short-term cash forecasting, payment planning, and liquidity management.
• Month-End Close Ownership: Oversee sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations, accruals, intercompany balances, and open item clean-up, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closures aligned with the Group’s calendar.
• Policy and Control Governance: Design, document, and enforce AP/AR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal controls. Maintain segregation of duties, approval matrices, and a robust fraud-prevention framework to safeguard financial integrity.
• Stakeholder Escalation and Service Delivery: Serve as the primary escalation point for suppliers, customers, business units, and shared-service stakeholders, resolving payment, invoicing, and dispute matters with urgency and precision while maintaining high service levels.
• Process Automation and Innovation: Lead initiatives to standardize and automate finance operations on SAP and related tools, including workflow automation, e-invoicing, OCR/scanning, and supplier/customer portals. Partner with Finance Systems and IT to implement scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and enhance accuracy.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with KSA’s evolving fiscal and regulatory landscape, including VAT, e-invoicing mandates, and tax reporting requirements, while supporting statutory audits and internal reviews.
