Key Responsibilities

Your role demands a blend of analytical precision and strategic foresight. You will:

• Lead Revenue Collection Operations: Direct the collection process for diverse revenue streams—including leases, services, auctions, and contracts—ensuring timely and accurate recording of all transactions while adhering to financial policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Optimize Cash Flow and Accounts Receivable: Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records, analyze aging reports, and implement proactive measures to minimize overdue balances. Collaborate with the Treasury team to streamline daily deposits and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Enhance Financial Controls and Compliance: Monitor electronic collection channels and payment platforms, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations. Identify and report financial irregularities or risks with urgency and professionalism.
• Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as collection rates, cycle times, and overdue balances. Provide actionable insights to enhance collection efficiency and cash flow management.
• Support Audit and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure seamless collaboration with internal and external auditors by providing accurate documentation, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining robust record-keeping practices in alignment with company policies.
• Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Engage with customers, investors, contractors, and government entities to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve payment-related challenges with diplomacy and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader with:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, complemented by advanced certifications in financial management or revenue recognition (a plus).
• Experience: A minimum of five years in Treasury, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Collection, with a proven track record of managing high-volume transactions and complex financial processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in ERP systems and accounting software, coupled with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas) to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports.
• Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Strong financial analysis capabilities to interpret KPIs, identify trends, and recommend process improvements that enhance collection efficiency and cash flow.
• Communication and Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including government entities, investors, and internal teams, fostering collaboration and trust.
