As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, availability, and security of our servers, networks, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions. Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a wide range of critical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms (such as VMware or Hyper-V), and Microsoft 365 services to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Network Administration: Manage and configure our network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks. Implement and troubleshoot VLANs, network configurations, and ensure high availability and performance.
• Cybersecurity Leadership: Lead our cybersecurity initiatives by monitoring security tools, investigating alerts, and responding to potential incidents. Conduct thorough security log analysis and vulnerability assessments to identify and remediate weaknesses proactively.
• Security Hardening and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security controls, including endpoint protection, identity and access management, and compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and standards. Ensure alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Manage backup solutions and oversee disaster recovery planning to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or cyber incidents.
• Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity incidents with urgency and precision. Provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and mitigate risks.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to enhance infrastructure security and operational resilience. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and incident records.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve security posture, operational efficiency, and compliance. Stay abreast of emerging threats and industry best practices to continuously elevate our security measures.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess a robust blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to cybersecurity excellence. We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of **8 years** in IT infrastructure and network administration, with **at least 2-3 years** of specialized experience in cybersecurity. Proven track record in managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure, networks, and security technologies.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Systems Administration: Expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365. Proficiency in virtualization platforms, backup solutions, patch management, and system performance monitoring.
• Network Administration: In-depth knowledge of switching and routing fundamentals, VLANs, firewall administration, VPN configuration, and wireless network management. Experience with network performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Cybersecurity: Hands-on experience with security monitoring, SIEM tools, log analysis, and incident investigation. Skills in vulnerability scanning, endpoint protection, security hardening, and identity and access management. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified, Microsoft Azure Certified, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE/FCP, or Microsoft Security Certifications. Other relevant certifications in infrastructure or cybersecurity are highly valued.
