Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Planner at Riyadh Pharma, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure seamless production and distribution. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks, including material requirements planning, procurement coordination, and inventory management. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and compliance in our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Develop and execute MRP for raw and packaging materials to ensure timely availability and minimize production disruptions.
• Procurement Coordination: Create and manage purchase requisitions on the ERP system to facilitate smooth procurement processes.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and follow up on all raw and packaging materials required for Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR), ensuring optimal stock levels.
• ERP System Administration: Maintain and update item codes for bulk, finished goods, and packaging materials, as well as packaging formulas, within the ERP system.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage BMR and BPR using the Oracle ERP system, ensuring conditional approvals for any changes to maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Batch Management: Allocate bulk, MMI, ARMI, and APMI materials, and create batch numbers in the logbook while updating the ERP system accordingly.
• Shipping and Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and execute shipping plans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to the Department Manager and Assistant Manager, and execute any additional tasks as assigned to support operational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in ERP systems, planning tools, and advanced Excel or similar analytical software is highly advantageous. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing supply chains, with a strong understanding of operations management to enhance supply chain efficiency and compliance. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting planning recommendations clearly. The ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively is critical for success in this position.
