This full-time position at our King Fahad Road location in Riyadh requires a skilled professional who can transform spaces with finesse while adhering to the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.

In this dynamic role, you will apply your expertise to refine and enhance wood surfaces, walls, ceilings, and furniture using a variety of techniques and tools. Your responsibilities will include:

• Surface Preparation: Remove old finishes through stripping, sanding, wire brushing, or chemical treatments to create a flawless canvas for new applications. Ensure surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for priming or sealing.
• Application of Finishes: Skillfully apply paints, stains, varnishes, and sealers using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other specialized equipment. Collaborate with vendors to achieve precise color matches and textures that align with our design standards.
• Protection and Maintenance: Cover surfaces with protective materials during painting processes and ensure proper signage is displayed to maintain safety and order. Clean and organize tools, equipment, and materials to uphold a professional workspace.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect your work to guarantee adherence to quality expectations, ensuring every detail meets our brand’s commitment to excellence.
• Safety and Compliance: Strictly follow all company safety protocols, report hazards or incidents immediately, and complete required training to maintain a secure work environment. Protect proprietary information and company assets with the utmost discretion.
• Guest Interaction: Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, anticipating their needs and addressing inquiries with clarity and courtesy. Embrace a customer-centric mindset to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and manipulating tools and materials of varying weights. Be prepared for prolonged periods of standing, walking, or sitting, as well as lifting objects up to 50 pounds independently.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail. While no formal certification is required, candidates with a technical, trade, or vocational school background and at least one year of related experience will be highly regarded.
