Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following core functions:

• Process Optimization: Analyze and refine production workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce downtime, and enhance overall productivity. Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
• Quality Assurance: Work alongside quality teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and internal specifications. Conduct root-cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective measures to maintain product integrity.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production machinery to prevent equipment failures and extend asset lifespan. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive and corrective actions.
• Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all production activities comply with regulatory and company safety protocols. Conduct regular audits and training sessions to mitigate risks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to align production goals with strategic business objectives. Facilitate communication between departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives such as Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to foster a culture of innovation and operational agility. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in production engineering, manufacturing operations, or process improvement within a dynamic industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with CAD software, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and ERP tools is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
