Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy Development: Craft and oversee the implementation of a robust content strategy that aligns with STOQA’s brand vision and business objectives. This includes defining content pillars, themes, and messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Content Planning and Execution: Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with market trends and business priorities.
• Idea Generation and Scriptwriting: Generate innovative content ideas centered around investing, the stock market, and financial literacy. Write compelling hooks and scripts for short-form video content tailored for platforms such as X, TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Content Transformation: Adapt STOQA’s features and insights into engaging, digestible content formats that cater to diverse audience preferences. Ensure that complex financial concepts are presented in a clear, accessible, and visually appealing manner.
• Collaboration and Guidance: Brief and collaborate with designers, video editors, and other stakeholders to bring content ideas to life. Provide creative direction to ensure that all content maintains a cohesive brand voice and visual identity.
• Market Awareness and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of market events, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to identify timely and relevant content topics. Leverage data and insights to refine content strategies and maximize engagement.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold STOQA’s brand voice and guidelines across all content channels, ensuring a unified and professional presence that builds trust and credibility with our audience.

• Expertise in Short-Form Content: In-depth knowledge of creating content for platforms such as X, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with a focus on maximizing reach and engagement.
• Creative and Visual Acuity: A keen eye for design and visual storytelling, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and video editors to produce polished content.
• Simplification of Complex Topics: The skill to distill intricate financial concepts into clear, concise, and relatable content without compromising accuracy or depth.
