Driver Position at Nasscom for Facilities Management in Riyadh

Nasscom for Facilities Management is seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of personnel, equipment, and materials to and from designated locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Operation: Operate company vehicles, including sedans, vans, or trucks, in accordance with traffic laws and company policies. Ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition at all times.
• Transportation Services: Provide timely and professional transportation services for employees, clients, or materials as required. Adhere to schedules and routes while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle functionality, including brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels. Report any issues or maintenance needs promptly to the fleet manager.
• Customer Service: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with passengers, clients, or colleagues. Address any concerns or requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents. Submit reports as required by company policies.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing schedules, routes, or passenger needs. Be prepared to operate in various weather conditions and environments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid Saudi driver’s license with a clean driving record. Additional certifications, such as a commercial driver’s license (CDL), may be required depending on the vehicle type.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or facilities management environment. Experience with passenger or cargo transportation is a plus.
• Safety Awareness: A strong commitment to safety protocols, defensive driving techniques, and vehicle maintenance best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, load and unload materials, and perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks. Physical fitness and stamina are essential.
• Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

This position operates in a dynamic corporate environment, with responsibilities extending to both indoor and outdoor settings. The Driver will be required to navigate urban and suburban areas in Riyadh, adhering to traffic regulations and company guidelines. The role may involve occasional overtime or flexible hours to accommodate operational needs.
