ICT Instructor – CompTIA A+ Certified

Position Overview

Pennant Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ICT Instructor with CompTIA A+ certification to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs focused on information and communication technology (ICT), equipping students with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in the IT industry. As a CompTIA A+ certified professional, you will play a pivotal role in preparing learners for industry-recognized certifications, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the demands of modern IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for students pursuing CompTIA A+ certification, covering topics such as hardware, software, networking, security, and troubleshooting.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to gauge student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes and ensure comprehension of course material.
• Student Support: Offer one-on-one mentoring and guidance to students, addressing their queries and concerns to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Resource Development: Collaborate with instructional designers to create and update training materials, including presentations, lab exercises, and practice exams, aligned with CompTIA A+ standards.
• Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in ICT, incorporating relevant updates into training programs to ensure students are equipped with cutting-edge knowledge and skills.
• Certification Preparation: Guide students through the certification process, providing them with the tools and strategies necessary to successfully pass the CompTIA A+ exams and achieve professional recognition.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certification: CompTIA A+ certification is mandatory, with additional certifications in related fields considered an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ICT, including roles such as IT support, systems administration, or technical training.
• Teaching Ability: Proven track record in delivering effective and engaging training sessions, with a passion for education and student success.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity principles, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
