Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading and supporting transformation projects across Bupa Arabia’s operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory standards. Your role will encompass:

• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to define transformation roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with Bupa Arabia’s long-term vision and business goals.
• Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end transformation projects, from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder engagement.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management frameworks to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between leadership, operational teams, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, metrics, and project milestones to assess progress and recommend data-driven adjustments.
• Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of continuous learning by documenting lessons learned, best practices, and transformation methodologies.

What You’ll Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in transformation management, change leadership, or project management within healthcare, consulting, or a high-growth industry.
• Certifications in PMP, Agile, or change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) are highly advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities to influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant asset.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in the Middle East or with multicultural teams is a strong advantage.
