Senior Project Manager (MCF/ Data Centres) - Riyadh

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager (MCF/Data Centres) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on Modular Construction Facilities (MCF) and Data Centre developments. Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for MCF and Data Centre initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Scope and Budget Oversight: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget tracking, and risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
• Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of modular construction methodologies and Data Centre infrastructure to drive innovation, efficiency, and quality in project delivery.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to local and international standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations, while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior project managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive progress reports, financial analyses, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity, preferably within the MCF or Data Centre sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and a strong understanding of modular construction techniques and Data Centre infrastructure requirements.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering results under pressure.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Data Centre design/operations are advantageous.
