Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Data Center & MCF Focus: Support the management of projects related to data center construction, upgrades, or maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change orders, to provide transparency and accountability to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to align project objectives with business goals and deliver exceptional results.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor project expenditures and assist in financial forecasting to ensure projects remain within allocated budgets while delivering value.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet established quality standards and are completed in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as PMP or CAPM are a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and data center infrastructure design principles is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
