Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Support: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Sadaa Hospitality’s business objectives. This includes market research, competitive analysis, and identifying emerging trends to capitalize on new opportunities.
• Digital Marketing Execution: Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
• Brand Management: Assist in maintaining and strengthening the brand identity of Sadaa Hospitality through consistent messaging, visual content, and customer experience initiatives. Ensure all marketing materials reflect the company’s values and appeal to target audiences.
• Event and Promotional Activities: Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, partnerships, and sponsorships to enhance brand presence and engage with key stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with marketing goals.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to assess customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Support the Marketing Manager in leading and mentoring the marketing team, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and operational efficiency.
• Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes. Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports on financial performance and ROI.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., digital marketing, analytics) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations. Experience with market research and competitive analysis is essential.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and foster a collaborative work environment.
