AI Agent Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned AI Agent Delivery Manager to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge enterprise AI solutions, including AI Agents, Voice AI, Agent Studio, Generative AI applications, and enterprise software platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing end-to-end software implementation projects while demonstrating a deep understanding of modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, speech technologies, and enterprise integrations. This role demands close collaboration with customers, sales teams, solution architects, and engineering departments to ensure seamless project delivery, unparalleled customer satisfaction, and sustained profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead the full-cycle implementation of enterprise AI and software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Oversee multiple customer projects concurrently, maintaining rigorous oversight of timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, and risk registers to mitigate potential challenges proactively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, infrastructure, and support, to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Drive customer acceptance through rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful production go-live.

Customer Management

• Serve as the primary delivery liaison for enterprise customers, fostering transparent and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular governance meetings to review progress, address concerns, and align on deliverables.
• Proactively manage escalations and resolve delivery issues to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.

AI Agent Delivery

• Lead the delivery of advanced AI solutions, including:
• AI Voice Agents and AI Chat Agents
• AI Agent Studio and Contact Center AI (AICC)
• Agentic AI workflows and knowledge-based AI assistants
• RAG-based enterprise solutions and multi-agent orchestration systems
• Coordinate the deployment of critical AI components, such as:
• LLM platforms and speech technologies (ASR, TTS)
• Prompt engineering and knowledge base integration
• API integrations and enterprise authentication (SSO/LDAP/OAuth)
• Private cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployment strategies

Technical Delivery

• Oversee integration activities across diverse enterprise systems, including:
• API, CRM, core banking, and contact center integrations
• SIP/voice platform and Kubernetes/Docker deployments
• Linux environments and cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, OCI, Huawei Cloud)
• Security and compliance adherence for on-premise and cloud environments

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor project managers, implementation engineers, QA engineers, and solution consultants to drive high-performance delivery.
• Allocate delivery resources strategically across projects to optimize efficiency and meet customer commitments.
• Develop and implement delivery best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance consistency and quality.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to elevate delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Manage change requests effectively to ensure alignment with project goals and customer expectations.
• Uphold delivery quality standards to meet contractual obligations and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering discipline.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is considered a strong asset.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years in enterprise software delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing software implementation teams.
• Proven track record in delivering AI or Generative AI projects, with hands-on experience in customer-facing delivery roles.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within enterprise environments.
• Background in banking, telecom, government, or large-scale enterprise projects is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills

• In-depth understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency in software development practices, including REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, SQL, and authentication protocols (OAuth, LDAP, SAML).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud (OCI), or Huawei Cloud.
• Expertise in integrating enterprise systems, including CRM, contact centers, ERP, core banking systems, identity management, and workflow platforms.

Project Management Skills

• Strong command of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on risk management, resource planning, and budget control.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, stakeholder expectations, and executive reporting.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent are preferred.
