Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle PRM (Partner Relationship Management) Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle PRM solutions to align with our business objectives and enhance partner collaboration. With a minimum of six years of relevant experience, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle PRM to configure partner portals, streamline deal registration workflows, and establish robust lead management processes. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving partner lifecycle management, from onboarding and segmentation to enablement and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy Oracle PRM solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Partner Portal Configuration: Customize and manage partner portals to facilitate efficient collaboration, deal registration, and lead management, enhancing partner engagement and productivity.
• Partner Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire partner lifecycle, including onboarding, segmentation, enablement, and performance evaluation, to maximize partner value and business growth.
• Hierarchy and Access Control: Define and manage partner hierarchies, roles, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient data access and collaboration.
• System Integration: Integrate Oracle PRM with critical upstream and downstream systems, such as Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), Oracle CPQ, ERP (EBS/Oracle Fusion), and marketing automation platforms, to ensure cohesive data flow and operational efficiency.
• Data Synchronization and Master Data Management: Ensure seamless synchronization of partner data across systems and maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity through effective master data management practices.
• Performance Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor partner performance KPIs, sales pipeline progress, and the effectiveness of partner programs, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of six years of hands-on experience in Oracle PRM solutions, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing partner management systems.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in configuring Oracle PRM modules, including partner portals, deal registration, lead management, and lifecycle processes. Familiarity with Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), Oracle CPQ, ERP systems (EBS/Oracle Fusion), and marketing automation tools is highly desirable.
• Integration Skills: Demonstrated ability to integrate Oracle PRM with various enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational continuity.
• Analytical and Reporting Skills: Proficiency in developing dashboards and reports using Oracle PRM and related tools to provide actionable insights into partner performance and business impact.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to drive project success and business outcomes.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement best practices in Oracle PRM solutions.
