In this dynamic role, you will lead or collaborate on the functional implementation of ServiceNow’s GRC and IRM capabilities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, business objectives, and operational best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and configuring tailored solutions that enhance governance, mitigate risks, and streamline compliance processes. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span the entire lifecycle of a GRC/IRM implementation, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and knowledge transfer. Key tasks include:

• Facilitate Discovery and Workshops: Lead collaborative discovery sessions with stakeholders across policy, compliance, risk, business continuity, internal audit, and technology teams to understand current processes and define future-state requirements.
• Define Future-State Workflows: Assess existing governance and risk management processes to design optimized workflows, approval chains, notifications, escalations, and reporting mechanisms tailored to the client’s operational needs.
• Configure ServiceNow GRC/IRM Capabilities: Implement or guide the configuration of ServiceNow’s GRC/IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM), ensuring adherence to platform standards and agreed-upon scope.
• Establish Relationships and Traceability: Define critical relationships between entities, authorities, policies, controls, risks, issues, indicators, continuity plans, audits, findings, remediations, and evidence to ensure a cohesive and traceable governance framework.
• Develop Functional Documentation: Prepare or review comprehensive functional design documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, configuration workbooks, process flows, and traceability matrices to guide implementation and validation efforts.
• Support Data Migration and Integration: Assist in data mapping and validation for policies, regulatory content, risks, controls, audits, findings, plans, and historical records. Collaborate with integration teams to define and validate integration requirements, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Drive Testing and Validation: Develop test scenarios and support system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, remediation validation, and business sign-off to ensure the solution meets performance, functionality, and compliance standards.
• Deliver Training and Knowledge Transfer: Create and conduct end-user training sessions, demonstrations, and administrator guidance to ensure smooth adoption post-go-live. Provide functional handover documentation and ongoing support to empower stakeholders with the knowledge to leverage ServiceNow’s GRC/IRM capabilities effectively.
• Optimize GRC/IRM Solutions: Advise stakeholders on the practical application of out-of-the-box ServiceNow features, identifying opportunities for customization, additional licensing, or process improvements while adhering to change control protocols.
• Manage Scope and Risks: Proactively identify scope gaps, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and change requests early in the project lifecycle to mitigate potential delays and ensure realistic commitments.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and consultative skills:

• Essential Experience:
• At least **5 years of relevant experience** in GRC, assurance, resilience, or ServiceNow consulting, with a minimum of **3 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience**.
• Proven expertise in **at least one** of the following domains: Compliance Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM), or Internal Audit. Experience across **multiple domains is strongly preferred**.
• Demonstrable **ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation experience**, including hands-on work with modules such as Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, or BCM.
• Deep understanding of **controls, evidence management, issues/findings, remediation workflows, approvals, attestations, assessments, reporting, and audit trails**.
• Ability to **facilitate business workshops** and translate complex business requirements into clear, implementable, and testable functional specifications.
• Experience supporting **UAT, defect resolution, data validation, and deployment readiness** to ensure seamless transitions to production environments.
• Language Proficiency: **Fluent Arabic (spoken and written)** is mandatory due to direct engagement with Arabic-speaking stakeholders in policy, compliance, risk, BCM, and audit domains.
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience working with **enterprise or regulated organizations**, particularly in **banking or financial services**, where governance and risk management are critical.
• Familiarity with **regulatory and control frameworks** such as SAMA, ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), ISO 31000 (Risk Management), COSO (Enterprise Risk Management), COBIT (IT Governance), or NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
• Exposure to **third-party risk management, operational resilience, regulatory change management, control testing, key risk indicators (KRIs), or issue management**.
• Ability to **review ServiceNow configurations and flows** and communicate effectively with **developers and architects** to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.

Education and Certifications

• **Required:** A **relevant bachelor’s degree** in fields such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• **Required:** **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)** certification, with additional GRC/IRM certifications being a significant advantage.
