We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join our dynamic and award-winning team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Project Leadership: Develop and nurture professional relationships with clients to ensure alignment with program and project requirements, delivering contracted design and construction management services with precision and excellence.
• Project Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and direct the development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules across all phases, including procurement, planning, design, and construction, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Structural Design and Analysis: Lead the design, analysis, and modeling of complex structural systems for a diverse range of projects, such as buildings, bridges, and infrastructure. Ensure designs meet stringent safety, durability, and performance standards under various load conditions, including seismic and wind loads.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural systems seamlessly with overall project designs, fostering coordination and synergy across all disciplines.
• Construction Support and Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical support to contractors during the construction phase, including reviewing shop drawings, addressing RFIs (Requests for Information), and resolving on-site design-related issues to maintain project integrity.
• Cost Estimation and Budget Management: Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs for structural work, assist in budgeting, and identify cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or design standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, presenting design proposals, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on project objectives and progress.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Your expertise should include hands-on involvement in the design, analysis, and delivery of complex structural projects, as well as a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships effectively.
