Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes and fostering strong relationships within the healthcare community. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Clinical Guidance and Education: Deliver expert clinical advice, product demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers to ensure optimal product utilization and adherence to best practices.
• Patient Support: Facilitate seamless patient onboarding and follow-up activities, addressing inquiries and providing guidance to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

• Clinical Enquiries Management: Respond promptly and accurately to clinical inquiries, offering product-related guidance and solutions tailored to the needs of healthcare providers and end-users.
• Educational Initiatives: Lead and support educational programs and awareness campaigns within the healthcare community to promote the safe and effective use of medical devices.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of all clinical support activities, ensuring compliance with relevant clinical, regulatory, and quality standards to uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Professional Licensure: A valid nursing license or registration in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of three years of hands-on nursing experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in medical device environments, patient care, or related healthcare settings.
• Communication and Training Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with a talent for delivering engaging and informative training sessions to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals.
