About the Role

As the Purchase Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end international purchasing activities, leveraging your expertise to source, negotiate, and coordinate the procurement of critical medical products from global suppliers. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing international suppliers based on criteria such as pricing, delivery reliability, product quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Develop and maintain a robust supplier network that aligns with organizational goals and market demands.
• Procurement Execution: Manage the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, from initial quotation requests to final delivery, ensuring accuracy in pricing, specifications, and contractual terms. Utilize your analytical skills to compare supplier quotations and drive cost-effective procurement decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between procurement teams, internal stakeholders, and overseas suppliers to align purchasing requirements with operational needs. Ensure seamless communication to avoid delays and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
